The usage of mood and tense is answered by a pro and enclitic system. All verbs conjugate into either Singular, Partial Plurality, or Full Plurality status. This refers to the amount of doers of the action. In turn to determine the time of the action and if it is complete one uses a proclitic that denotes the tense. To me the usage of proclitics means I can spend more time on being mores specific with time placement and worry less about the amount of verb changes one needs to create.

Mood is inferred via enclitics,

One thing I am considering is having a large list of moods which then cuts down on the declension of such nouns as pronouns. This would mean we would have an interrogative mood, that through it's usage in turns creates a question. This would mean that certain inversion principles aren't necessary in the long term to for questions. This also means that simple words meaning, who what, where and how are all that is needed in a way.

A full list of moods and tenses will be created as I do more work on the language.
